Genesis 1970-1975 Ultra Rare 2008 Remaster Cd/sacd/dvd Set 48-page Book Like New

  
I've been a Genesis fan since I saw them live at Shoreditch Town Hall (headlining above The Fusion Orchestra) in late 1970 when I was 12, no, not bullshit, times were different then. I saw them dozens of times from Charisma's "Day At The Races" through to Wembley. Arena and "The Lamb Lies Down".

Procured everything I could relating to the group anyone remember silk-like fan scarves? Mine I think was to resemble the colour of the original Charisma label. But was a shade of pink more akin to a gay rally. Gabriel left, "Trick Of The Tail" dropped and my interest in the group.

It didn't do it for me. Over the years, I've supplemented my original vinyl releases with CDs, SACDs, remastered vinyl etc. And 12 years back the missus gifted me this set. , aside from the booklet, I'd already got the rest of the content in different forms. Box set was somewhat superfluous.. Of course, I've played everything here but only once (as I really have heard it all before) so this set is as good as new. The shrink-wraps off but that's about it, everything is pristine.

13-year-old daughter has the opportunity to go to Kenya with the Scouts on a life-experience charity expedition of some six weeks but, whilst I totally and utterly want her to go, I don't earn enough these days to stump up the two grand needed to get her there. She's doing her own fund-raising, packing bags in supermarkets and suchlike so I'm reciprocating with a cull of the rarer items I have in my music collection.

Sure, you can probably spend a few quid less and get a moody copy from the Ukraine or somewhere OR you can check my feedback, knowing you'll get exactly what I've described, a pristine condition, authentic UK release and won't be disappointed.
